A separate unit designed for staff, security, or caretakers – ensuring that private spaces remain private and daily operations run seamlessly. The 160 m² staff house offers a fully self-contained living unit with kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Independent enough for long-term personnel, yet close enough for efficient workflows.
The spatial separation is intentional. Service takes place without intruding on family life. Suppliers use dedicated access points. A professional dog-washing station and storage rooms complement the functional infrastructure. Everything that needs to happen behind the scenes has its designated place here.
The automotive logistics are designed with generous proportions in mind: two double garages (approx. 70 m²) accommodate the daily fleet, complemented by 4–8 outdoor parking spaces and a dedicated area for a motorhome, boat, or truck. No compromises in accommodation. No improvisation for guests.
